All of our delicious sliders are served a la carte and are priced at $4.50 each.
Marin Sun Farms 100% grass fed beef, infused with Slider Shack’s unique marinade. Pepper jack and a pickle complete this masterpiece. Add condiments at your own risk!
Slow cooked a minimum of 15 hours with Hawaiian Alaea salt for a distinctively smoky Hawaiian imu flavor, dressed with Slider Shack’s spicy Polynesian green sauce and topped with pickled red onions.
Brined for 24 hours, chicken breasts are coated in panko, baked to a perfect crisp and topped with Slider Shack’s spicy Shaka Slaw—the perfect balance! Ms. Yin, meet Mr. Yang.
Slow-cooked for 12 hours until the meat falls apart at the mere appearance of a fork. Slathered in Slider Shack’s homemade BBQ sauce, it’s Honolulu meets Memphis. Topped with even more BBQ sauce if you like.
Marinated in Slider Shack’s special veggie marinade. Grilled to perfection and topped with Provolone cheese and Slider Shack BBQ sauce.

FOOD ALLERGY INFORMATION
All of our sauces and marinades are gluten free. We do NOT use nuts in any of our preparation or recipes. There are no nuts allowed in our kitchen (food or crazy people). Vinegar is used in our BBQ sauce and in the dressing for our Shaka Slaw.

"HURRITOS" (Hawaiian Style Burritos)
This is what happens when you wrap our delicious ingredients in a tortilla! Welcome to the mainland/Mission, Slider Shack! Our "Hurritos" are large and in charge. Serious eaters only please.
This “Hurrito” is stuffed with our Kalua pork, our award winning tots, black beans, Shaka Slaw and a hefty dollop of our famous Polynesian Green Sauce.
Our baked chicken is cut katsu style then combined with our award-winning tots, Shaka Slaw, Lomi Lomi and our homemade BBQ sauce.
Black beans, coconut jasmine rice, our award winning tator tots, Lomi Lomi, Shaka Slaw, roasted cauliflower and broccoli and our famous Polynesian Green Sauce are the ingredients in this vegetarian delight.

An overwhelming crowd favorite. Tots seasoned with Slider Shacks special blend of spices. They’re fried potato puffs of goodness. Tater-tots + Lava Sauce (our house ketchup) = Magical. Voted best tots in 2014 by SFist!
We shred our coleslaw ingredients every morning to provide the freshest possible taste. You won’t find any mayo in this slaw either. The slaw is dressed with our unique vinegar based marinade and sprinkled with Slider Shack seasoning. Bon appétit!
Slider Shack’s take on the traditional Hawaiian Mac salad. Elbow macaroni is combined with Hawaiian bacon, scallions and carrots. Can you say “Ono”?
Fresh watermelon, mango, pineapple and strawberries are cut daily. Mixed with huge chunks of feta cheese and then seasoned with a special blend of Hawaiian Alaea salt and Slider Shack spices.

Our full catering menu includes all that you see above as well as all of the items listed below. Mahalo!
FAMILY STYLE
Family style plate lunches include a side & salad (excluding our fruit salad). All family style plate lunches are delivered in half or full size aluminum catering trays with sauces on the side.
Our Kalua pork is laid over a bed of coconut jasmine rice. Its then garnished with pickled red onions and a hefty dollop of our famous Polynesian Green Sauce. Watch out. It’s spicy!
Our brined chicken breasts are coated in panko and fried to crispy perfection and served over a bed of our coconut jasmine rice. A generous side of our homemade BBQ sauce accompanies this dish.
Our chicken breasts are brined for 24 hours, cut to size and then marinated in our house teriyaki sauce. Skewered and cooked with bell peppers, onions and chunks of pineapple (when available) and served with a side of our coconut jasmine rice.
We marinate our tofu in for at least 90 minutes in our own unique marinade. It is then skewered, cooked and brushed with our house teriyaki sauce. Served with a side of our coconut Jasmine rice.
